Expert Splitboard Edutour

In this Advanced Splitboarding course, participants will work together to execute a robust, day-long tour in challenging avalanche terrain. This clinic is appropriate for expert backcountry riders with prior splitboarding/avalanche training and experience.

Topics we'll cover include:

• Advance trip & tour planning resources and considerations

• Complex micro/macro route finding skills

• Avalanche & hazard analysis for challenging terrain of consequence

• Advanced climbing and steep descent techniques

• Ascending/descending coaching and feedback

• Extended/multi-Day missions & expeditions
